Puddletown Safety Rules

No adults are permitted in the play equipment

All children must be supervised by someone over the age of 16 We hold a strict height restriction of 4'11". This will not be wavered under any circumstances.

Although we are not required to provide first aid assistance, if an accident occurs please contact the nearest member of staff who will notify a trained first aider to help you. Please note that a first aider may not always be available.

Eating and drinking in the equipment is not permitted. Only food and drink purchased in Puddletown pirates may be consumed on the premises.

No shoes to be worn in the equipment. We advise that, watches, jewellery, loose belts, hair extensions etc are removed before entering the equipment. We will not accept liability if these rules are ignored. We recommend that children wear long sleeve shirts and trousers whilst they play. Socks must be worn at all times.

Children may experience scrapes/friction burns whilst playing in the equipment. Puddletown pirates do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal belongings. Should an accident occur whilst in the play centre, Puddletown pirates do not accept any responsibility. Children should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. If you lose sight of your child within the equipment please inform a member of staff straight away.

Only parties booked through Puddletown pirates may be held within the play centre. Management reserve the right to ask you to leave Puddletown pirates at any time for whatever reason we consider to be unreasonable behaviour. No refunds will be given. Prices for admission are for a period of two hours except special offers. Split play is not permitted.

All children have to be signed in by an adult and will not be allowed entry otherwise. If a child is sick, he/she is not permitted to re-enter the equipment. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to children who appear to be older than 11 years old.
